FirmOps builds and manages a firm brain inside a live practice. The constraints below are how the work is run — client data first, then a person at the firm on every send.
Client data and conflicts first
Work starts with who the client is, what the matter is, and whether the firm can touch it. We do not treat a new connection as a green light to read or write across the stack. Conflicts and confidentiality bound the brain before any job is scoped.
Read first, then approval-gated writes
The brain answers from systems the firm already runs before it is trusted to draft. Writes — notes, tasks, drafts, status changes — stay behind a named person at the firm. Read-only is the default until that person says otherwise.
Nothing sends, files, or publishes without a person at the firm
Emails, texts, filings, portal messages, and public pages do not go out on their own. The brain prepares. A person at the firm releases. Approval is the operating rule, not a slogan.
Phones stay human
FirmOps is not an AI receptionist. Live client calls stay with people. Routing and voicemail can be structured; the voice on the line is a human.
It does not replace attorney judgment
The brain does not decide liability, strategy, or advice. Lawyers keep legal judgment. Staff keep the send. The system is a supervised operating layer, not a substitute for the firm.
Not legal advice, and not a boxed auto-run product
This site and this service are not legal advice. FirmOps is purpose-built with the firm and run for that firm. It is not a product you turn on and leave unsupervised.
